Web hoster / Provider

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized and the IP address is anonymized.
Google Maps
We use the "Google Maps" component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google", on our website. Each time the "Google Maps" component is called up, Google sets a cookie in order to process user settings and data when displaying the website on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries can automatically trigger a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes - that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.

Currently, script libraries or font libraries are stored locally on our web server and are loaded from there. A connection to the library operator is not currently established.
Duration of data storage
Data will not be stored for longer than is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations and to defend against possible liability claims After expiration of the period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted.
Data transfer
As a matter of principle, your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so, the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship, or you have previously given your express consent to the transfer of your data. External service providers and partner companies, such as the shipping company commissioned with the delivery or other cooperation partners, only receive your data insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract or the processing of your service.
